UK mainland orders will be sent as soon as possible, with at least 2 post runs per week. 

We only send 2nd class Royal Mail. There are two different rates of postage, due to the weight of parcels of oil containing more than 4 bottles of oil, these come in at the higher rate. 

If you are ordering toys and go over this limit, we will contact you to refund the additional postage (unless you wish to donate it to the rescue work).

For order of 10 bottles or more, please email us for a bespoke quote. 

If you would like to place an order of toys for outside of UK mainland, please email us on orders@fluffyretreat.org.uk for a postal quote. 

Please note we cannot export oil to other countries.
